The Problem:

The VA offers a variety of benefits to veterans and their survivors. However, navigating the processes to obtain those benefits and incorporate them into an Estate, or Elder Law plan can be a lot to the average person. That’s where attorneys come in, to help those who served get the benefits they’re entitled to. But first you’ll need some education and training to provide that level of service to your clients.

The Solution:

Elder Law College’s members have come together to build a comprehensive 3 hour live webinar to educate you on VA Benefits. Our webinar is approved for continuing legal education (CLE) credit by the Florida State bar. When applying for CLE credits outside of Florida, you should submit the Certificate of Completion you will receive, the agenda provided, the FL Bar Certificate of Accreditation.

Our experience is that states will accept these in awarding reciprocal credits.  Some states have required other information or forms to be completed, and we will certainly provide whatever is requested to comply with your state’s requirements.

Please note that a 2% charge will apply to cancellations. We regret that our providers will still require us to cover transaction costs for all registrations regardless of course completion.
