Building a Rewarding Legacy
The legal issues that the aging and disabled population faces are much different from other clients. Having the ability to counsel and represent these clients with the sensitivity and respect needed can be invaluable part of any law practice. Practicing Elder and Special Needs Law not only benefits our aging and disabled population, but their families and community as well.
The Elder Law College mission consists of three distinct goals:
To function as an educational organization that expands our students’ knowledge and proficiency in Elder and Special Needs Law,
To support our student members on a long-term basis with continuing online education, access to new course materials, a library of ALL Elder and Special Needs documents, access to experts in the field and a broad community of elder law attorneys,
To offer meaningful support to our growing elder community and people living with disabilities.
Elder Law College wants to do our part to help protect the aging and disabled population by providing extensive education for attorneys as well as the support needed to provide law firms with the tools they need to build a successful Elder Law practice.
Principal and Lead Instructor Scott Solkoff is a member of the above assocations.
