Elder Law College carries a heritage in assisting the elderly, the disabled, their caregivers and their families with legal services.

The attorneys of Solkoff Legal, P.A. are widely recognized as leaders by the national elder care community and Scott Solkoff is now sharing his expertise to empower attorneys nationwide in helping elder clients and clients living with disabilities.

Elder Law College is dedicate to the support of elders and disabled individuals in our community, as well as helping practitioners from all across the nation become more proficient in elder law issues and provide for the elderly and the disabled in their respective communities.

We believe that in order to offer meaningful services to the growing senior population, practitioners should adopt a client-centric approach of giving and caring for their clients, as well as their wider communities. Our modus operandi and work ethics are a testament to that belief.
