Elder Law College provides two types of live courses plus hundreds of on-demand video and audio educational programs designed to either start your Special Needs and Elder Law practice or better it.
The Elder Law College 360 Practice Builder Program is a three and a half-day “boot-camp” style program with a purposeful curriculum to teach Special Needs and Elder Law from “couch to marathon.” Hundreds of attorneys throughout the country have taken this flagship program since 2015. The Elder Law College “Upping Your Practice” Annual Program is a live, two-day in-person program gathering some of the best minds and ideas in Elder Law with camaraderie, lectures, panels, and a “white-board” group learning closing session. VA Accreditation Program: Elder Law College offers the required 3-hour course for VA accreditation offered live and on-demand. For more information, click here.
Members have access to the Member Portal which includes forms, articles, hundreds of hours of on-demand educational programs and more.
Course material for all CLE courses sponsored by the Elder Law College will be provided at the course.
CLE is registered for Florida and it is the student’s responsibility to apply for CLE credit in the their state(s) of admission. Typically 17-28 CLE credits are awarded including Ethics and Professionalism depending on the state. If CLE credits are important to you, we recommend that you check with your State Bar prior to registering.
