Elder Law College boasts an exhaustive document library that is available to all attending students. The ELC document library includes specialized elder law drafts that cover known elder law cases, as well as documents, forms, research, references and every other resource material that an elder or special needs attorney may need in their practice. All documents are continually updated and easily customizable to fit the needs of each individual attorney’s practice.
Our document library represents an invaluable asset to meet each client’s unique needs which translates to saving every practicing attorney precious time.
All attending students gain access not only to the ELC community, but to ELC’s instructor Scott Sokoff. The ELC community is here to answer questions and provide ongoing support to resolve even the toughest challenges faced by an Elder and Special needs attorney.

Elder Law College facilitates efficient continuing legal education for our members by providing ongoing online training courses to all members. The ongoing courses are continually updated with new developments in all matters of elder and special needs law to ensure that members maintain a high level of competency and proficiency in potentially complex matters.
Ongoing training courses are delivered online through a user-friendly system that can be accessed from anywhere, anytime. The courses include materials covered in the 360° Practice Builder Conference, continually updated course materials, as well as tips and relevant news that pertain to all matters covered by Elder and Special Needs Law.
Training from Elder Law College qualifies attorneys for CLE or minimum continuing legal education credit in their home state and we are currently pursuing CLE approval in 10 states, including the state of Florida. Obtaining CLE credit from Elder Law College saves the experienced attorney both time and money, allowing them to pursue more meaningful endeavors; expanding their practice and studying Elder Law in more depth while simultaneously obtaining CLE credit.
