ELC For Experienced Attorneys

Elder Law College for Experienced Attorneys

The 360° Practice Builder makes growing an established practice easier, faster & more profitable.

Progressive & Specialized Training

The training provided by Elder Law College adds to an experienced attorney’s already extensive toolkit, empowering them to tackle complex cases within the field of Elder Law. As Elder and Special Needs law matters tend to be delicate, specialized training can go a long way in serving our seniors and fulfilling the wishes of our clients and their caregivers.

Elder and Special Needs Law are ever-evolving fields and our mission is to not only train our students to be proficient counselors in the field, but to keep our community abreast of news and changes that affect both them and their clients.

An Exhaustive Document Library

Elder Law College boasts an exhaustive document library that is available to all attending students. The ELC document library includes specialized elder law drafts that cover known elder law cases, as well as documents, forms, research, references and every other resource material that an elder or special needs attorney may need in their practice. All documents are continually updated and easily customizable to fit the needs of each individual attorney’s practice.

Our document library represents an invaluable asset to meet each client’s unique needs which translates to saving every practicing attorney precious time.

Access to Expertise

All attending students gain access not only to the ELC community, but to ELC’s instructor Scott Sokoff.  The ELC community is here to answer questions and provide ongoing support to resolve even the toughest challenges faced by an Elder and Special needs attorney.

The community is also home to law firm management and legal marketing experts, who often step in and answer questions regarding complex operational issues. Access to the community alone can be a priceless asset for aspiring and experienced practitioners of Elder Law alike.

Ongoing Education

Elder Law College facilitates efficient continuing legal education for our members by providing ongoing online training courses to all members. The ongoing courses are continually updated with new developments in all matters of elder and special needs law to ensure that members maintain a high level of competency and proficiency in potentially complex matters.

Ongoing training courses are delivered online through a user-friendly system that can be accessed from anywhere, anytime. The courses include materials covered in the 360° Practice Builder Conference, continually updated course materials, as well as tips and relevant news that pertain to all matters covered by Elder and Special Needs Law.

Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Credit
